Our Rebrand, Explained

Image Description

We’ve built a new brand.
Design and Construct will now become Building Careers Australia.

Why the rebrand?
The recruitment industry is changing: increasing demands of business, evolving employee expectations, market fragmentation, shortage of truly qualified talent.  Thanks to loyal clients and candidates like you, Design and Construct have been at the forefront of the recruitment industry for more than 15 years, and our ability to lead and
evolve with the sector has seen our successful expansion into new markets.

So it was time to identify the shifting the market, reconnect internally, and acknowledge our growth beyond the  built environment. We’ve redefined our purpose, vision and values as a company, and as a result, we’re launching a new and exciting brand to lead us into a new phase of growth: Building Careers Australia. Building Careers is what
we’ve been doing since day one. We’re just now doing it for more industries, and in new and innovative ways.

What’s changed?
Our focus has always been on fostering long term relationships by offering real insights into markets, companies, culture and talent, and our unparalleled level of commitment and professionalism comes as standard. Rest assured, none of this will change.

But you will notice a new logo, a new personality, a distinct look and feel, a new website, and some practical stuff (like email addresses, bank account details, ABN etc.).

We also have a new tagline: Powered By People.
At Building Careers Australia, our people are our biggest asset. So we work hard to attract, train and motivate the best people in the business, and support them to strive for more. We are committed to professional development, so we as a company, remain at the forefront of the recruitment industry and ahead of our competition. Our people
are challenged (and rewarded) every day to continually set new benchmarks for ourselves and the industry. Clients and candidates know they can expect more from us, because we expect more from ourselves.
